FNB AFFILIATES *****.

Direct axis is really a bull**** company that needs to be looked at by the credit ombudsman closely, they don't have an ounce of customer service as it is not based on the please and thank you but more on an issue being resolved.

They have been giving me a run around since July/August 2020 with regards to a ********** loan taken out in my name under the guise of a Covid relief plan on the 28 May 2020 to leave me furthur indebted, one of they agents had admitted that they had acted *******ly & that their policies and processes weren't followed, resulting on the loan being cleared,

26th October Direct Axis requested a settlement letter from FNB for me to settle an amount of +R 1 600, to my confusion I requested FNB to investigate from their side as Direct axis is an affiliate with them, but told by one of their ***** Administrators Buhle Mhlongo to follow up with Direct Axis (lack of ownership) due to the loan showing on my FNB profile. So yea I am to speak to direct axis for something the ***** department of FNB can obviously see.

I have requested all documentation pertaining to this painful dispute as of May 2020,

Direct axis has not provided me the requested recordings (as they claim all calls are recorded) , proof of documentation signed, or email communication of the dispute in question.

Hello Peter & Complaining via these platforms is just proof along with the email chains & phone calls that I had tried to resolve the matter, as the only way these type of issues are resolved is through court.

I urge all that have an issue with Direct Axis & FNB to take them to court no matter how small the issue, hold these people liable for their actions, they can't ignore us all, we need to bring enough attention to the malpractice in the banking system that they are exploiting to their benefit.
