FNB AFFILIATED ROAD PROTECT for licenses.....STAY AWAY

It is terrible for me to say this but how can FNB be affiliated with a company like Road Protect. Advertising them on the FNB App to use for licences renewal. We paid for our renewal in the last week of December via the app and until today no word. When we email or phone none of the employees have a clue. They dont return emails or phone calls. Its disgusting. FNB need to take control of this matter as I know I am not the only person complaining. Surely FNB cannot condone this poor level of service
