FNB affecting my daily life with their poor service

I a m utterly disgusted by the level of service i have received from FNB, they gave a loan , never deducted the money then handed me over to a DCA with whom I settled the account with but the debt is still reflecting on my credit score which is affecting my life now. I have sent plenty of emails and made plenty of phone calls yet no response.
