FNB AFFECTING MY CREDIT REPORT BY NOT UPDATING DETAILS AT TRANSUNION

I am so sick of FNB. They have affected my credit ratinmg negatively because they did not update loan details on transunion.I have called and all i was provided with was a ref number and was told that i nee dto wait 7 dyas for them to update the loan details. I want this to be updated immediately because you received your payment immediately and it was paid.The ref number is Ry***.
