FNB advertises falsely !

Never in your life change banks and law FNB, their service is pathetic! They advertise that you can increase your credit limit on the App. This is disgusting, pathetic lie because I tried and it didnt work. This was on the 12th Mar, when it declined I then had a chat with a banker and she ended up calling but couldn't do it. Their system was down for maintenance. Following this, I had a chat to 5 BANKERS AND THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT ADVICE!!!! Someone please tell me how did they get their jobs and how are they working for the same company? This is ****!! Ecentaully another lady called, she approved me for my limit increase and escalated my matter telling me that theyll get back to me which they never did. I again went to Chat with another guy and he also ended up calling me and emailed me a form to sign and email back. This was friday the 13th. I went to the branch in Rustenburg to email the form back and I still haven't received feedback.

Now I had a chat with someone else AGAIN, this is perhaps the 7th person now to find out if they cant connect me to this credit manager and guess what???? He doesnt work on calls or anything, he only works on email.

I'm ****en fed up with this bank
