FNB - Admin/Deposits

I have a problem with a deposit at the Randridge mall that is not reflected in my account. I phone the "national" number *** asking for the FNB Randridge mall number ... they give me a number of *** .... this is a private number for the last 2 years. I phone the "national" number again and I ask to try *** or *** ..... guess what .... both numbers do not exist. I have other issues with FNB and will create a new review for them. Pathetic. Embarrassing.
