FNB additional services of no worth

I have app**** through FNB for my license disc renewal since day one I got messages that the process is delayed after numerous phone calls they assured me that I will have my license disc by Yesterday as I need to travel to Mozambique. I am supposed to travel on Sunday my license disc has expired and I wont be able to leave the country. I will appoint a lawyer and between FNB and Momo licensing all my costs towards my holiday must be repaid.
