FNB Additional charges on business account
On my business account there is an additional charge called BIS/INT 18 ON TRUE TIERING = 176.40.
On trying to find out what it is, I landed at HelloPeter.com where I see quite a few people have this additional charge booked against their accounts, with no explanationof what it is for.
In the mean time I also scrutinized my account for any reason for such a charge during the applicable statement period. Nothing, no funny transactions, no going over the limit, special service requests nothing.
Can FNB please tell us what it is for and why they charge it to our accounts without prior notification or informing us.
