FNB added an unnecessary amount to my Covid relief and is charging me interest on it.

I've had an ongoing issue with my COVID relief from FNB for months now. Its been forwarded to at least 5 new people over the period .

I've sent them a message on facebook, I've emailed them, I've called them and still I don't have any help in the past few weeks.

They gave me a covid loan for a property that is being sold-that I did not need a loan for. Infact, I signed an agreement as per there cancellation policy stating that I will pay the bond during the cancellation period- still, they refunded the bond back to me, added it into a covid loan, and charge me interest on the amount.

I've been patient but this is now ridiculous.
