FNB Accounts vulnerable to hackers

SECOND time my FNB account has bee hacked. The first time, FNB concluded the case by closing it. Never received feedback as to how my account was accessed. The 2nd time I called to have my card cancelled.....it was as always with FNB not done and the transaction that could have been stopped, went through. I cancelled my own card electronically. I am certain that this case will also not be investigated and I will not receive my money back as FNB try to find any reason for not taking responsibility for their accounts that are vulnerable.

On top of this entire debacle, it seems that FNB is holding onto my money that was transferred from a maximizer to another account, which has not been received after 5 days. On inquiry FNB merely responded that I should call again tomorrow. Their service are ridiculously bad.
