FNB - ***** Accounts - ****mers

Very bad service, a ***** account was opened in my name in January 2024, I called them to report this as ***** as my private accounts are with Nedbank and not with FNB. They managed to opened these accounts in my name without a proof of address or any of my documentation, must be someone that works at FNB. In March 2024, FNB confirmed that the accounts were opened *****ulantely in my name and that these accounts in my name have been closed. Now in March 2025 I get a sms from FNB and a company called SDK attorneys saying that I owe them money for a business account opened in my name and they are reporting me and my credit bureau profile will be adjusted. When I call FNBs ***** line, they say the investigating agent (Synthia) will call me and then she never contacts me. When I phone the ***** line back, they say Synthia is never available and there is no update. Worst service ever received from a bank. My business banks with FNB and will ensure I change to another back as soon as possible.
