FNB Accounts Blocked

FNB placed a block on my account. I went to a branch this morning to have it lifted. FNB's dailty systems worked against me and the branch staff, who had to phone someone outside the branch. After many failed attempts, the block was eventually lifted.

However, hours later, when I tried to access my FNB accounts, they had been blocked again. The FNB app asked me to follow certain procedures that had already been followed at the branch. However, when I tried yo do so, FNB technology failed again repeatedly.

Please ask someone to contact me to sort this out. I am not going back to the branch as I had done that the first time FNB had asked me to. FNB needs to sort this out in their end.
