FNB Account with Brooks and Luyt

<p>I have a personal loan account with FNB that has been handed over to Brooks and Luty couple of months ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>I keep getting phone calls from the agents at B&L informing me that I have missed payments each month. I got a call from Busiswe last night requesting that I forward her the proof of payment as the payment does not reflect with B&l. On Tuesday I got a call as well from another gentleman requesting the same thing. I have been emailing proof of payments to the people cc’d on this email each month and yet I still get calls to forward the proof almost every other day. I asked Busiswe about this yesterday and she claimed that I am possibly making payments to the wrong account. This makes absolutely no sense as I have been paying to the same account for the past couple of months. A payment cannot take almost a month for reflect on your accounts – if my payments do not reflect that means I will acquire even more interest on that account. I cannot be paying interest because some *********** person cannot do their job properly. Last month I was fighting the same battle – this is ridiculous!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a full statement of my account and who exactly is handling it. I have attached last month’s proof of payment as well as the email from FNB stating that the payment does reflect on their side. Can someone please sort this out.</p>
