Fnb account was hacked

Im very disappointed in FNB my account was hacked twice and i had to order a new card in the process now they charged me R160 for card replacement and it wasnt even my fault that I had to order a new card. The R160 must be reversed because i think its not right that i haf to pat R160 for a new card if my account was hacked
