Fnb account still on hold , no help from investigators

Account placed on hold twice in 1 week , called in to find out reason and resolution , upon an investigator appointed , beverly nukeri , poor response and communication , eventually got through to her and i sent required information , 4 days passed no response , i sent a follow up email , i then received an automated email that she is unavailable and on leave for the next 2 weeks and to contact someone else , it was easy to put my account hold for ***** that did not occur but very difficult to work a resolution and respond to assist the matter , almost like guilty till proven innocent situation , if i did not follow up i would not of known the person who needs to assist me took leave , ********* , then fnb debited my bank charges even though account hold , so whats due to them they require immediately my businesd cash flow and personal funds are on hold and my life is back tracking , that is not fair , I will not reccommend FNB anymore considering im 23 and with them since the age of 16 my accounts are always in positive balances and i pay alot of service fees
