FNB account rating

On Friday, May 16th, I submitted a request for a bank rating letter for my company. I was surprised to receive an unfavorable rating, CODE E, for an amount of R1,762,639 (one million seven hundred and sixty-two thousand six hundred and thirty-nine rand). Given that this account has been with FNB for over 20 years, and at the current branch for 9 years, I am trying to understand how a Code E rating for what appears to be a fictitious amount was generated.

Could you please clarify this situation for me? Is contacting Hello Peter the only way to get assistance from someone who can look into this?
