FNB Account put on hold

I am an executor of my late fathers account and it was put on hold the 20th Dec without notification. After phoning the fiduciary dept on the 26th Dec, they confirmed that they verified all the documents to be valid on the 22nd Dec and have since been requesting the admin dept to remove the hold without any success. They have been escalating almost daily as I have been phoning without any help. I have also send email to the team lead ralton.leach with no response. I have also logged a complaint ***.
