FNB Account opening Nightmare

In September I opted to switch over my personal account to FNB during the switch campaign, I have multiple business accounts with FNB and was really happy thus far. To date I have been struggling just to get everything sorted. The sale of the account was quick and sufficient, I did receive a confirmation sms that my account was opened but did not receive any further email or anything. I was a bit late in submitting my documentation to validations and once sent I was told the application was cancelled and that I must reapply. 3 Calls and numerous emails later I was told I cannot reapply because my account was indeed opened and Active. Phoned again after that to try and obtain my quote documents and switching forms, after a struggle and help from my business banker I received the email again. Signed all that needs to be signed and switched my salary and debit orders as instructed, received multiple emails that my debit orders was switched, great stuff and my salary was also reflecting. Needless to say my joy didnt last long. I cannot access any of my accounts because no Card was ordered. Again I spent hours on the phone with no resolution, I cannot register anywhere and cannot authenticate myself with the call centre as I have no card. My business banker tried to assist to register on online banking and have it activated for me to order a card, but to no avail. Today I received 2 calls from Wesbank and Outsurance saying my debit orders have been returned (There are funds as my entire salary is still in the account), the agent from Wesbank was kind enough to have a look but today it shows that my account is Frozen. What the Hell!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received thus far. How hard can it be just to get an account active and to get a card. I might even consider moving all my business accounts as well as the services has been horrible. I also dont want to hear during the lockdown that I have to go to a branch to have this sorted, do you promote going to busy places during this time but your personnel is afforded the opportunity to work from home. I am sure this matter can be sorted by someone more senior in 2 ticks, Come on FNB, show how great you can be
