Fnb account on hold without assistance

In a space of 1 week my fnb account was placed on hold twice , upon the reasoning , agreements where made and fnb advised an investigator beverly nukeri was appointed , numurous calls were sent to her and no responses just goes to answering machine etc , i run a small business and fnb allowed my account to be on hold without advising me or anyone too assist me , pathetic service , my bank charges on an easy account is ridiculous and now i have no assistance and my business is on hold
