Fnb account on hold

Hie. I submitted my review about my fnb account which was put on hold, they only called me on Monday and asked me to send them the information that they wanted and I did that same day. Wednesday I sent them another email regarding the issue, up to nothing was done. It's Friday today and nothing has been done yet, no feedback
