FNB Account on Hold

<p>Hello</p> <p>I received a payment from another FNB client (Kenneth Adedotun) whom I sold my plot of land to in Nigeria and paid me deposit as agreed and balance to be cleared of within 6 months as documented.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the payment from him. 3 days later, I got a call from Thomson, Fadeela ********** - FNB Investigation Officer confirming that the payment I received in my account from Kenneth was **********. And I must submit the proof of purchase of Kenneth to her.</p> <p>I did sent the email confirming the proof of purchase claiming. And she is yet to acknowledged the receipt of the email either by email or phone. I tried to reach her on the phone or email but no response until today 23rd November 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I severally went into the branch and they could not reach her on the phone either. FNB branch consultant even sent her an email on 7th November 2016 to contact me but she is yet to do so till today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Kenneth Adedotun who paid me to promptly resolve the issue with FNB as this is really affecting my reputation status.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hellopeter please assist me to look into this matter as my creditors whom I paid using FNB account was also held.</p> <p>This situation is still in pending until today. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards.</p>
