FNB Account made Inactive without notifice
My father is disabled and I do his online banking on his behalf. Today i wanted to make a payment and got Error Code 217 RefVODS7GZJHR1J.
We received no notification of this. Very disappointed in FNB
Please rectify as I can't make any payments and there are some critical payments that needs to be made.

18 Oct 2022, 11:13Good day, I have not received a solution to the problem. I was told I would get an email from FNB on how to resolve the issue, but have not received it. Its now 5 days and still waiting..... In the mean time i still can't do any transactions online. Can someone from FNB please assist.
