FNB account in JHB but I get a call from Bloemfontein Attorneys

A simple question to FNB. How is it that my account was opened in Northcliff JHB and due to the account being dormant, it accumulated bank charges. Why do I receive a call from SDK Attorneys in BLOEMFONTEIN and I am instructed to "Pay them or Else". I insisted to pay FNB and the lady says to me "Good Luck". Do we not have any competent attorneys in JHB? What if I wanted to engage them at their offices? Would I have to drive to BLOEMFONTEIN? Disgusted in the I was spoken to by them at 14h06 02/09/2021
