FNB account frozen due to foreign tax non compliance

FNB account frozen due to foreign tax non compliance. I am disappointed in this stance as I am not aware or legible for any foreign tax. They keep on tossing in to and from one number and no can help and all the numbers do not work and no one seems to be at the other end. This is un called for
