FNB account frozen

I have two accounts, Capitec n FNB. I made a payment of R2950 to my fnb account on the 03/10/2018. I tried to withdraw money from fnb account now and now its frozen. Iv been calling whole morning with fnb to unfreeze my account becuse both these accounts are in my name and i made the payment from my Capitec of R2950 to my fnb. Now they telling me the account is frozen and i must call again next week to clear this up. I have no money at all and cannot access my fnb account.
