FNB Account Frozen

My husband would like to regain access to my FNB account as soon as possible. We have a stop order on this account as well as a yearly insurance payout. I received the email regarding the FYC requirements and assumed it was a hoax as it had come from an unfami**** email address. All emails have not been answered, we dont live and work in the South Africa and cannot access our FNB account. Can someone please respond. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A UK NO +44 in front of numbers
