FNB Account freezing

Fnb froze my homeloan access bond without notice.When i contacted them they requested a host of things.First they wanted my wifes tax information.I provided that.Then they wanted proof that my home is insured.I provided that,Then it was fica docs, i provided that.Then i needed to fill in a crs form for SARS i did that.My account is still frozen a day later.If this is the level of service that i get from FNB then i will seriously have to move to a bank that concerns itself with its custmers.My Ref no is :***5.i logged the call with the triggerescaltions department and with the hocchanges department.
