FNB account fee promotion ****

I was promised that the 1st 6 months I will not be charged banking fees. However I have been charged the full account fees since inception. I have called in more than 10 times and have four different reference numbers. I keep getting promises of feedback within 24 or 48 hours, this has gone on for more than a month.
