FNB Account Closure Issue

I have tried closing my account with FNB Eldoraigne since April last year. I had to close it online, then the consultant didn't get back to me. I then went in to the branch, the consultant said it would be closed if I pay R19.00 into the account, and then it would be closed. I then deleted my banking app, moved to another bank and left it at that. December came and a family member paid money into that account not knowing I had closed it, yet to find out it in actual fact was not closed, and that this money was now taken by FNB as the monthly fees were still accumulating. I went to the bank and no one knew what to do. Escalating it on the system. No results, untill end of Jan, Mall@Reds were able to reverse the charges, and I could draw my cash, but they still cannot close my account. It was then escalated, and till today not closed. They still keep on charging me an account fee, obviously not getting paid, and they have now caused that I cannot get finance on a car due to the unpaid bank account fees. This is Eldoraigne Branch Centurion. Absolutely Pathetic.
