FNB account closed in beginning of September never updated

I have closed my account with FNB in the beginning of September at Boksburg branch in eastrandmall and paid outstanding balance with the help off fnb staff lady that helped us her name was Pearl. She assured me that the account was now closed. I have just received a sms from FNB to says account remains overdrawn and FNB will commence to take futher action. This is the reason why i closed my account it seems that the staff does not do their job properly and there is no communication. I will take futher steps against FNB. I have now given you the tellers name Pearl from eastrandmall that assist us.
