FNB account bungle

I opened a young professionals account with FNB in early 2014. The account promised multiple benefits - EBucks being one of them. A year and 5 months later (May 2015) I decided to check my EBucks balance as I felt by this stage I would have earned a fair number of reward credits. Much to my dismay my EBucks balance sits on zero as I do not qualify to earn per FNB criteria. The reason? FNB have failed to state in my banking profile that I am classified as a \young professional"and thus I do not meet a certain earning criteria (minimum deposits). Never mind the fact that the SOLE reason I was awarded the account in the first place was the fact that I fit the criteria as a young professional. Upon inquiry it appears that my lost EBucks are irrecoverable - given that this is a fault on the part of FNB naturally I am mildly furious given that the value of these EBucks could have been in the hundreds of Rands."""
