FNB ACCOUNT BLOCKED WILL A LARGE SUM OF MONEY

The FNB in Midrand Carlswald, has refused to assist a client where his money has been frozen or blocked due to a *****ulent deposit, the money they have in their account is a huge amount of money that they saved for sometime. Instead of them helping them to retrieve their money they have asked them to find the person who deposited the the *****ulent money, how is this the client responsibility to find this person?? Now the client is struggling due to not having any money that they saved for years, the client has not received any empathy or the help they need, now they stranded. Can FNB help the client to retrieve their money they saved that money and worked hard to save for all these years, or is it because the client is not South African and they refuse to assist them equally as another human being who has been their loyal customer for years, this incident happened since last year 2024 till now they still cannot retrieve their hard earned saved money. PLEASE ASSIST THEM URGENTLY THEY ARE STRUGGLING NOW.
