Fnb account being blocked continously

FNB has always been blocking my account asking for the same documents that include my source of income of which i have delivered that every time but its funny how other people with my same type of account do not experience this at all now whenever i visit a branch it takes the whole day to the next because they are always experiencing a high volume of calls which i understand but now what is bothering me is that my company is verified very transaction is verified but its shocking how i have to submit documents everytime when others are not ..at some point i visited a certain branch in gauteng whre they had to ask for bribe so that my account can be opened listen there was less that R5000 but this teller asked for R2000 can you imagine its not the first time they are asking for this trust me i have submitted my documents to T.Baloyi’s email address and I'm okay with that but the continuous blocking and what not is soo frustrating ..bribes and stuff come on team I'm sure fnb can do better than that .I qualified to open an account with you guys but now everytime it gets blocked whilst other people i know do not experience this its really not fair at all.Right now they blocked it again and its a whole process to get it unblocked there is debit orders waiting to be paid in that account and rent too its not like i have millions or anything.you can check my record with T.Baloyi from HR how many times i have sent proof of source of funds everytime its really frustrating
