FNB Account across the boarders

I need help from FNB, I was working in Botswana 2years back, I opened account on FNB that side, I left the before I could deposit from the account. I believe the account was closed but now the problem I am facing, I have received the the letter stating that the tax return has been deposited from the account I opened. I help where can I start to solve this problem any advice will be appreciated. thanks
