FNB account *****

I have a case with FNB regarding *****ulent FNB account that de*****ed me,I opened a case with FNB and from the 26 June 2023 I only received an email with case number,everytime I'm the one who calls FNB for feedback and always get that the investigator is busy and will call back of which she never do,I call every second day,they only take my numbers and say it's escalated and I'll get a call back,FNB doesn't care about their clients at all and the employees all they care is to collect salary,don't be surprised when people start to move banks
