Fnb account

I opend an account for my daughter not even a month ago for my daughter. All documents was in order to open the account now all af a sudden the acc is blocked due to proof of adress. Now my question is how can they open the account without proof of adress after i was sent back 2 because they were not happy. This is pathetic.....REALY...... SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS
