FNB "accidently" lists their own statements as *****. Causing me to be ***** listed with SAFPS and the banks.

FNB listed their own statements (printed and stamped at FNB Branch) as ***** when MFC NedBank did a check using my bank statements for a vehicle I was interested in. The listing was put up by MFC Nedbank. This got me listed for ***** with the banks without me knowing (no FNB consultants even bothered to contact me to check)...I eventually did find a vehicle I wanted to buy, which was approved by ABSA Vehicle Finance. ABSA then alerted me of this ***** listing. ABSA then contacted FNB because I told them I didn't know about it, FNB then told them it was a mistake, there is no *****, and they can go ahead and approve my finance, but the damage to my name was already done. I managed to get my car, and MFC said they had removed the listing, and have contacted SAFPS to have it removed there too (have email apologies and confirmation of it being removed)...I did contact the complaints department at FNB to have this resolved, but have waited months for feedback. Haven't received anything yet. The last message I received just said they were still investigating. This really poor management of my account at FNB caused me to have a horrible and traumatic experience, which is still haunting me today. I moved to Standard Bank because I don't ever want to have any relationship with FNB, but now Standard Bank says they are still picking up a red flag. Can someone from FNB please try to fix this situation. Remove the listing where ever it is, and can I please get some kind of apology in writing.
