FNB Accidental Death Plan

I have had an FNB accidental death Policy since 2003. I am not a FNB client. I have been struggling to update my beneficiary details for more than 5 years to no avail. I called again today change my residential adress and was met with the same no care attitude. I really would not recommend any other banks' clients to take out an FNB policy. They just don't care
