FNB Access Bond and closure without concenting with customer

I have sent FNB a message on internet banking 2 days ago and still no response, FNB's customer care is useless. I have requested information regarding my access bond which FNB decided to close after changing the average monthly debit order without my approval, still no comment or feedback, is FNB becoming *********** to deal with these matters. I will be closing my account and move to a more competent bank seeing FNB does not need my business.

FNB takes more than 48 hours to respond to their customers online messages as well as now another 4 days and the problem is still not rectified. I will post on all social media sites my personal experience, bad service and the experience of FNB's *********** staff.

Yet another day passed and no response from FNB, I will proceed with my media report on my personal experience of a *********** bank with *********** people. I have all the screen prints as well as the account details where FNB has passed amounts and settled my access bond without my consent. FNB is more than welcome to contact me and also screen my letter that will be published on my personal experience to the South African Public.

So this is now over 2 weeks since FNB takes decisions without consent from their customers, I have been called and promised a report as per my request on the incompetence of FNB staff of not asking the customer permission on an ******** deduction on an access bond. This is a worrying concern banking with a bank that do as they please with their customers funds. I will pursue this until FNB admits of wrong doing and send me an official letter explaining and stating their resons for actions taken without me the customs consent.
