FNB accepts MBD bullying clients

Dear FNB

I place this review purely based on your association with MBD. I have received 2 very appaling calls from this organization that manages your debt retrieval. I was discriminated against, shouted at and threatened. As a client of yours, I have been fully open to contacting your institution once I became unemployed and vowed to ensure I make payments to my outstanding payments. However, MBD and your association with them have left a bitter taste in my mouth as I have been made to feel like a ***** and ********. I looked at other reviews on this platform and noted that this is a reoccurring attitude of the staff at MBD and FNB's association with them leave me to believe that your organization is happy to be associated with bullying, ************** and utter rudness.
