FNB acc hacked!!!!

I have experienced a ********** transaction on my FNB cheque account. Today there was a purchase of R1200 made on my account with the reference GOOGLE TEMPO...I don't even know what that is. Upon contacting the ***** line I was told a ***** case will be opened and i should receive feedback from the investigation within 5-10 working days ! My concern is that my safety has been compromised , how did these people get my CVV number and OTP to validate this transaction? Within the 5-10 days - is my money safe and how am i supposed to have money to live with my day to day expenses. I am probably 1 out of many customers that this has happened to. i did not even receive a message to warn me of suspicious activity on my account. Is this an inside job - how is this possible and what is FNB doing to prevent this from happening. I am very concerned with the safety of my personal information and have lost my trust in FNB as my bank.
