FNB abusive of elderly pensioners

My mother is struggling to recover the funds from my deceased fathers accounts. Since July she has tried to get the money into the estate late account. She went into the bank twice and fulfilled all the requirements.

Initially they told her she would get the money in July and then when that didn't materialize she went to the bank in October. Again they said the money will be in the estate late account in 48 hours but still nothing has happened.

It appears that FNB's intention is to withhold funds from pensioners. I am not sure why at this point. This type of abuse by FNB employees and FNB of the elderly will not be tolerated. Your actions amount to willful negligence.

You guys in the deceased estate department; be warned. I am now involved and I will expose the person who has at best been completely inept and I will ensure that disciplinary proceedings are either brought against FNB or the employee for willful negligence.

Looking forward to resolving this issue and taking to task the FNB employees who are downright abusive to the elderly. Lots of elderly in the country don't have a support structure and I'm sure that FNB is profiting of the money held *******ly.

I wonder if any of the gains on the funds are ever paid to the elderly.
