FNB abuses their power

For the past several years First National Bank (FNB) has infringed upon my private information in various ways. In Feb 2024, they conducted two hard searches on my credit report when I had not app**** for credit which negatively impacted my credit score. Then most recently, they requested SARS documents that are not requested by any financial institution when applying for credit. I received credit from another bank without having to give SARS documentation. Then FNB pretended like they had approved me for a credit card when they had not, and added a credit card to my profile with no funds loaded and then proceeded to deduct credit card fees and report me to collections but I have no credit card account with them. It appears that FNB is doing favours for organisations with nefarious agendas and abusing their power.
