I have been dealing with some BIG issues since January and Abu has taken the time to escalate everything for me + sorting it out for a great future for me at FNB. Abu went the extra mile to ensure that I can work towards my personal financial goals in the near future. Abu, thank you for your time - Thank you for the calls from your (personal) cellphone, and thank you for even phoning me after normal working hours. I can't express my gratitude enough. It's been a very long and exhausting journey to get to this, but you have made such a difference that I'm excited about the future, not only for me but for my family. I can say without a doubt that you have an absolute rock-solid member of your team. He should be commended and be nominated in your Rewards & Recognition for the month/quarter/year. Please ensure that you applaud Abu and look after such a valuable member of your team.
