FNB absurdly blocks my account giving me no access to funds in order to survive.

So today I get informed that my account has been blocked and my relationship with FNB has been terminated. All this due to someone reporting my account number for ********** activity. What this means is that if you don't like someone and you have their account number, you can report them for ********** activity.

I will not mention any names at the moment as I'd like to see what the outcome will be tomorrow. Because of FNB just jumping on the wagon, I have no access to my funds which I dearly need. If this is not resolved by tomorrow then I will gladly mention names of the fnb personnel who I've been dealing with.

According to the fnb representative, I now need to get a detailed affidavit and proof of the funds and transactions in/on my account. I also need a confirmation letter from an alternative bank. All this trouble for something I did not do. I have to to suffer because someone obviously, falsely reported my account for *****.

If the matter is not resolved asap, I will gladly name and shame as well as take this further. And just to rub salt into my wound. When I told the representative that I'm going to escalate the matter, she told me I'm more than welcome to take it further. I don't think she understands how far I'm actually going to take it if it's not resolved asap.

I'm not worried about my account. All I want is the funds in my account as I need this in order to survive.

I sincerely hope this will be resolved tomorrow. If not, I have all the time in the world to seriously escalate this matter.
