FNB absurd additional charges

Pathetic bank charges that are not made aware off.

Every 2 months there are new charges to my account. They send new proposed fee structures but is not stipulated clearly. Unlimited EFT payments to any other bank is free. As stated by them before. Now payments above 4000 is now classed as REAL TIME PAYMENTS which you are billed for which are NORMAL EFT PAYMENT. How can banks rip of clients who have been with them for over 20 years! They still have the audacity to ask if I want to downgrade my account so they can OBVIOUSLY BILL ME MORE afterwards with the amount of transactions you have during your daily life. Thank you FNB for nothing.
