FNB Absolutely *********** staff!!!!! Waste of my time

I went to the Northgate FNB branch earlier this month to request a closure of my cash deposit account which is maturing in September, and was told to to call FNB invest via secure call. I just called now, and am told to go to the branch again!!! Absolutely *********** staff!!!!!
