FNB absolutely shocking service and zero support!!!!
FNB owed us money after we cancelled our bond... they paid some of the money and stated they will pay the rest on the 6th of April.... today is the 12th and still no payment. How bad is their service and admin that a simple task cannot be done. I will NEVER use FNB again as it does not even help if you call to complain, nothing happens.
