FNB Abdicating Responsibility Concerning Virtual Cards

I used my FNB virtual card to deposit money into a forex broker account sometime last year. I deleted the virtual card last week. A day or two later, I tried to withdraw money from the forex broker account i mentioned before. I was alarmed to find that the only method of withdrawal available to me is into that card I made the first deposit with (Anti Money Laundering regulations). I told them I'd since deleted the virtual card, and they told me to get a confirmation letter from FNB that states that I used to own the card and that I have since canceled it. I contacted FNB, and after being told a few times that that's impossible because it was not a physical card, I got someone from their 3D Online Secure who told me yes, he could see that I owned the card before, and yes, he could verbally confirm that I had since deleted the card. He said, though, that only the account section could write the letter I need. I called the accounts departments, and I have been re-routed to all kinds of different departments, and no one is ever getting to say it can be done. I got an email once from a lady that said they could write a Lost Card Confirmation Letter if it had been a physical card, but not a letter to confirm what's required here. What boggles my mind is that there is a department that has the information to be confirmed, but no one seems to be in a position to write the confirmation letter. That simply means I can't to withdraw my money from the forex account because FNB have abandoned their responsibility in connection with virtual cards. I have spoken to over a dozen FNB consultants online and they keep bouncing me from Pillar too post. Please let FNB respond with a direct way to get this resolved quickly.

Thank you.
