Fnb abd their employees ****med me

Visited one of their branches in Limpopo, Northam. A lady that assisted me seemed to know nothing in concern to her job today I’ve lost R20 000 it’s now been a month and days I’m still struggling to get it back hence I’m told to be patient at all times with their call centers.. fnb service is worse
